After decades of campaigning Dodge//SRT cars from its Motor City home base, Wesley Motorsports in Lansing Mich., is now Bilstein’s official service and technical support center for the Dodge Challenger Mopar Drag Pak.
When Leah Pruett’s Dodge Challenger Mopar Drag Pak debuted at the 2021 Amalie Oil NHRA Gatornationals in March, it featured all-new Bilstein double-adjustable coilovers specially developed for the Constant Aviation NHRA Factory Stock Showdown class. While much attention has been paid to the 1,500-plus-horsepower supercharged Hemi under the hood, the all-new car has some significant German technology designed to put that power to the ground.
New Suspension
The 2021 Drag Paks feature a new four-link geometry setup in the rear with longer control arms that increases the length of the rear swing arm, allowing better anti-squat control and increasing stability. The rear suspension also incorporates a wishbone upper link for lateral control (replacing a Panhard bar in prior models), and a larger-diameter anti-roll bar (250% stiffer than prior models). Exclusive, double-adjustable Drag Pak-specific tuned Bilstein coilovers support all four corners of the car. The new shocks are intended to improve weight transfer for launches, as well as soak up track bumps and undulations at high speeds down the quarter-mile. The shocks feature 10 settings (front and rear) for tuning of compression and rebound damping with color-coded knobs.
To ensure the highest levels of performance, Wesley Motorsports will provide NHRA drag racers with technical support and sales of Bilstein’s latest shock technology. That support begins with announcing a Contingency program for Factory Stock Showdown racers running Bilstein shocks/struts. Beginning with the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals, June 24-27, 2021, Factory Stock winners will be eligible for payments of $1,000, and runner-ups may receive $500 for their race success.

After 1000's of track and street miles, Wesley Motorsports has settled on a Road Race Shock Valving that satisfies the need for excellent on-track performance and aggressive street manners. Designed as an entry-level solution, these Non-Adjustable Bilstein Shocks are based on the durable steel body production design with an integrated front sway bar mount.
Wesley Motorsports has a proven history of outperforming the competition at road circuits across the country. Now it's time for us to branch out in a new direction. We are excited to announce our 2020 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye. Coming equipped with ACME High-Performance Laboratories "Big Stick" Bolt in 4-Link Traction Enhancement Module, Bilstein double-adjustable drag specific shocks on all four corners. Lightweight Jongbloed Racing Wheels. Racetech USA racing seat. Not to mention a whole catalog of Anderson Composites carbon fiber.
This is the kit Wesley Motorsports has used on our Pikes Peak Challenger since 2018.
Compared to the production 6 piston Hellcat Brembo Caliper, the Viper ACR Caliper is lighter, stronger, and utilizes Titanium Pistons to facilitate improved heat resistance and pad fade.
The most beneficial improvement is the virtual elimination of the horrendous pad taper found with the OEM 6 piston Brembo. This means your expensive brake pads last longer when punished at Track Days.
Designed to fit late model Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger, and Chrysler 300. The kit utilizes the factory Hellcat 2 piece rotor and requires the use of 19" or larger wheels. Brake pads from the 6 piston Brembo Hellcat/Scat Pack caliper can be used.
The adapter requires the use of the SRT/Scat Pack/Hellcat 4 piston and 6 piston Brembo knuckle. These calipers will not have the correct offset for the non-Brembo caliper knuckle. Not designed for any AWD variants.
Included with the kit...
2 - Viper ACR Calipers, Red
2 - Wesley Motorsports Caliper Adapters with Bolts
2 - Stoptech front brake lines with Banjo Bolts and Crush Washers
Not included with the kit...
6 piston Hellcat/Scat Pack 2 piece rotors or equivalent aftermarket replacement
6 piston Hellcat/Scat Pack brake pads or equivalent aftermarket replacement
